Returns Policy

Being a food and perishable products company, unfortunately we do not offer any return or exchange policy.

Refunds Policy

In special cases when the products ordered are damaged or the order is incomplete, we offer refunds for the items that are damaged or missing. This policy lasts upto 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for the refund, we require photographic and video proofs from the customer. The customer can Whatsapp or email these media proofs along with the order id. The items should not be opened. Once your refund request is inspected by our backend team, we will send you an email to notify you that we are initiating a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via UPI to the account of your choosing. We would prefer that the customer is willing to accept a refund in the UPI account linked to the number used for ordering to prevent frauds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only refund the amount for the items if they are defective or damaged.  Unfortunately we are not offering an exchange policy at this time.

Shipping

In special cases we may allow shipping back damaged products to learn about the reason for damages or missing items in order to make our service better, update packaging and prevent further incidents and inconvenience to our customers. In those circumstances, we shall reach out to you with our request for the same along with shipping details.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

In case any product is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of the delivery due to a torn or damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you and a refund may also be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wishes to. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery.
